How many lessons will I need to reach my goals? This varies enormously from person to person. If you have musical ears and are able to pick up new speech patterns easily you may get results more quickly. It very much depends on how much practice you do outside the lessons. If you only practice during the lessons then it will take longer to achieve your goals.

How long will it be before I feel the benefit of the lessons? Again this depends very much on how often you review and practice the material covered in the classes. Provided you follow this guideline you should feel some benefit after two or three lessons.

Can I just take one lesson or do I need to book a block of lessons? You may take as many or few lessons as you wish. However the prices are different depending on how many lessons you book at once. Please »click here for more details.

How much does online training cost? We offer both 30 minute and 1 hour lessons. Please »click here to see prices.

Do you have a cancellation policy? Yes, 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel a lesson. Tuition cancelled with less than 24 hours notice from the scheduled start time of the lesson is counted as if it took place. All tuition is pre-paid and please note that block bookings based on a cheaper price are not refundable but can be rescheduled as long as 24 hours notice is given. Lessons booked and paid for one at a time are fully refundable provided 24 hours notice is given.

If I take internet lessons, is there an audio-visual time delay? Occasionally. It very much depends on how fast your broadband connection is and the current network conditions. 95% of the time there is little if any time delay

What happens if technical problems occur during an internet lesson? Do I still have to pay if my lesson is severely disrupted? You will always receive the amount of tuition you have paid for. If technical problems occur which are not your fault, that is, excluding any problems due to incorrect configuration of your own computer settings or malfunction of your equipment, the time lost is either added on to the lesson, made up for another time, or, if you wish, the lesson fee is refunded according to the amount of time lost.

How can I pay if I take online tuition? Via Pay Pal, the secure online payment method. You have a variety of options, such as credit card and bank transfer.
